Zats vs Stunners

In Stargate SG1, they sometimes use Zat guns to knock out an enemy without killing them. In Atlantis, the Wraith use something similar to paralyze humans before feeding. (This technology is also used by Atlantis for other reasons.) Which weapon do you like better? Vote, and explain why.

Zats are better. 1 hit your knocked out, 2 hits your dead, 3 hits you dissinagrate.
